Guiding Whispers provides trauma-informed coaching and guided meditations that help people build confidence in workplace conflict.

We work with individuals navigating unresolved tension, difficult feedback conversations, and disagreements that have been left unaddressed. Our coaching approach paces sessions according to what the nervous system can process, not just the outcome a client wants to reach. We help clients clarify what matters most to them, develop respectful language that reflects their intent, and build the composure to stay present under pressure.

Guiding Whispers is built on the premise that confidence in conflict is a skill that can be developed with the right support and pacing, not a trait some people simply have and others do not. Our work typically includes preparation for a specific difficult conversation, identification of recurring conflict patterns, and development of practical tools for maintaining composure in high-stress moments.

Guided meditations complement this coaching by supporting clients in shifting from a reactive to a responsive state, whether that is before a conversation, during one, or afterward.
