Coach, Guided Imagery Practitioner, Meditation Teacher
Tania believes that every person already has a powerful voice and grounded presence within them, and that meditation is the gentle practice that helps them uncover it, trust it, and let it lead. As a certified confidence coach and guided imagery practitioner specializing in confident voice and presence in the workplace, she supports women leaders through imagery-based practices that transform self-doubt into self-trust.
Her path to this work has been shaped by years in advocacy, where she witnessed the cost of silenced voices and the power of speaking up with clarity and conviction. Meditation became her portal to inner authority by teaching her that finding her voice isn't about being louder, but about believing what she has to say matters. Now she helps quietly ambitious leaders do the same: find calm, strengthen their inner voice, navigate difficult conversations, and step into leadership with authenticity.
In addition to specialized training from The Lab of Meditation (LOM) and certification from the Academy for Guided Imagery (AGI), she is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-credentialed trauma-informed confidence coach. Her work centers on creating embodied imagery experiences where professionals can practice being who they're becoming, one breath, one meditation, one moment of practiced courage at a time.
Tania lives in British Columbia, Canada, where the trees teach her about roots and the water reminds her to let things move through. When she’s not coaching, she’s walking, writing, or sitting with the kind of silence that makes space for what wants to be said next.
Her deepest wish is that this podcast becomes a tender voice walking alongside you, whispering you back to trust in yourself, in your voice, in your knowing. Whenever you’re ready, press play and let this be a kind voice that welcomes you back to yourself.
